Casablanca Creative Consulting recognises that there are no two clients alike, therefore I offer discounted packages for Clients who require administrative support on a regular basis. Package Clients will receive priority in my schedule. If you don't see a package ideal for you I can design one specifically to meet your requirements.

This is my base hourly rate for one-off projects.  This allows you to pre-book my support when you need it.  This is ideal if you aren’t sure how many hours you will require or for a short-term project. This plan allows you to tap into VA support when you need it most.

espresso package

This package is great if you want the reassurance of having someone there to assist with some of your more time consuming tasks, such as meeting coordination or scheduling, this is a great option. This package offers enough time for a VA to tackle both immediate and planned work, and keep track of an ongoing project too.

 If you are looking for more than just email and diary management, such as crossing off things on your to-do-list, improving processes, assistance with travel arrangements then this is the package for you.

This is the top of the line package.  It is ideal if you need a full-time VA, with all the bells & whistles. If you are looking to develop and grow your business, this is the perfect package for you. Dedicated daily support, to meet your business needs.

THE FINE PRINT

Before we begin to work together, you will need to understand how I work.  Here are my Terms and Conditions:

  • Before any work commences, you will be issued with a contract for signature which includes terms and conditions and details on confidentiality. There is a minimum of 1 hour booked at a time, except when discounts are offered and it is a minimum of 2 hours.

  • Clients work is charged at 15-minute intervals for any work for over 1 hour.

  • Tasks are recorded in Freshbooks Time Tracking.

  • Casablanca Creative Consulting reserves the right to amend and provide an updated client agreement and quote, where the client's requirements have changed.

  • If I make purchases on the client's behalf – with your approval, the cost of these items will be invoiced separately.

  • Payment is in $AUD

  • Packages are strictly 7-day payment and are paid in advance.

  • Payment options include direct deposit or PayPal (client incurs PayPal fees).

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront before I commence work with your final 50% due within 7 days of completion of the task. Upon receipt of final payment, documents will be released.

  • Work required urgently will incur a 20% surcharge and is subject to availability.

  • Evening, Weekend & Public Holiday work will incur a 50% surcharge and is subject to availability.

WHAT YOU DON'T PAY FOR

Hiring my services you don't have to pay for expensive office furniture and equipment, office overheads, insurances, uniforms, sick leave, holiday pay, tax, superannuation and more.  If you are unsure of what package you may need or how many hours you may require let's tee up a time to chat!!
